Check the pricing first before booking. Owner backs out from its commitment on pricing. I was offered 2 nights stay for Rs 2000/- all inclusive. When i made the 50 % payment, he told me that it is for one night

The stay was peaceful. We had to book the room in urgency and there was no hassle. Manager is very generous being. He helped us in every way possible and staff was very cordial as well, also mysore police helped us a lot as our car got stuck in the middle of the night. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who comes this way. The food, the aura, cleanliness, everything was superb.

Actually reading all the reviews in Tripadvisor and other sites ; I actually thought to cancel my booking , the reason why I stayed in this hotel is because my mom's office is tied up with this hotel chain and so I had no other option to take a room in this one. I had infact told my mom if the place is not good then we will move to some other hotel. But for some reason we didn't had to do that! Because its not that bad either yes the maintainence of the hotel is not that good, its enterance is good and creative. Bathrooms are worst and rest is ok. So we stayed there for two nights and 3 days it was good. The guy in the reception had helped us to find the tour taxi and he was good.

this is one of the pathetic stay i ever had. i've stayed many hotels in mysore but I never faced any issue but Ths was worst experience. I booked this hotel via Oyo Rooms and it's completely cheating and money looting. # AC was not working at all. i informed reception twice about this. then one technician has come to fix. he spend 20 mnts to fix then it started working. but again in another half an hour, it stopped working # Room phone in the phone was not working, so Everytime I need to go to reception to resolve Ths issue # towels provided was worst and it was smelling very bad and it has blood stains # pillow's were so unhygienic and I think they brought this pillow before Independence (can't explain how it looks) # hot water was not available.. Everytime I should go reception and I asked them abt this # TV connection was poor, it won't get switchonn # last not the least, I called Oyo customer care to compliant and I askd refund for the money because stayed in non AC room but paid for AC !. so customer care person offered me 25% discount for next booking. if I need discount, I get coupons from Oyo website / or from any one online discount providers. this is completely cheating and am totally disappointed with your service
